About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

Victoria 12/15 vs New South Wales 10/12

Melbourne Cricket Ground-

24th, 26th-30th December 1898

Lineups:
Victoria - CE McLeod, J Worrall, H Graham, SA McMichael, JH Stuckey, FJ Laver, H Trumble, JF Giller, W Bruce, TS Warne, AE Johns

New South Wales - H Donnan, JJ Kelly, VT Trumper, SE Gregory, FA Iredale, LW Pye, TR McKibbin, WP Howell, A Coningham, MA Noble, ACK Mackenzie

First Innings

A solid if unspectacular performance saw Victoria pass the three-hundred mark on a very unstable pitch, but it's something they'll take after starting out 84-4

VIC 302

H Trumble 62; JH Stuckey 60
MA Noble 3-61; A Coningham 2-28

Another lead-by-example effort from LW Pye helped to avoid any follow-on, but NSW were certainly up against it at the midway mark.

VIC 302
NSW 255

LW Pye 93; A Coningham 48
H Trumble 4-82; TS Warne 3-51

Second Innnings

A much more assured performance had seemingly put this game out of reach as Victoria felt confident enough to declare at the end of day four.

VIC 302 + 367-5 dec

NSW 255

J Worrall 124; H Graham 110
A Coningham 1-48

A dramatic last-wicket stand made things more interesting than they should have been, but New South Wales still fell well short of the mark.

VIC 302 + 367-5 dec

NSW 255 + 355

MA Noble 111; A Coningham 48; ACK Mackenzie 44*
JF Giller 3-72; TS Warne 3-83; CE McLeod 3-87

Victoria wins by 59 runs
