About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

CW 1902/03 (S11), Game 4: New South Wales vs South Australia

New South Wales 12/14 vs South Australia 9/11
Sydney Cricket Ground
9th-10th, 12th-13th January 1903

Lineups:
New South Wales- VT Trumper, RA Duff, AJY Hopkins, MA Noble, ACK Mackenzie, RN Hickson, CW Gregory, LW Pye, JJ Kelly, WP Howell, A McBeath

South Australia- JC Reedman, FT Hack, C Hill, HP Kirkwood, N Claxton, DRA Gehrs, E Jones, PM Newland, CB Jennings, RW Waters, JPF Travers

First Innings
New South Wales took another step towards their fourth straight title as they fought off both the South Australian bowling attack, and the tricky pitch, to reach another 470+ total.

NSW 478
CW Gregory 91; RA Duff 85; RN Hickson 68; LW Pye 56; AJY Hopkins 51
E Jones 4-110; JPF Travers 3-98

The highlight of South Australia's reply was a fourth wicket partnership of 79 as they were made to follow on.

NSW 478
SA 219
HP Kirkwood 49
LW Pye 4-39; WP Howell 4-73

Second Innings
Some lazy fielding, and more than a few lucky escapes, saw South Australia squeak past the total needed to put New South Wales into bat again. Some pride saved perhaps, but that is all.

NSW 478
SA 219 + 260
N Claxton 61
WP Howell 3-45

Both VT Trumper and RA Duff did not need to move their bats as they were gifted the pair of runs needed on extras. This result leaves Victoria needing to win their final two games, including the next match in Sydney, and by good scores, to take the Sheffield Shield from New South Wales.

NSW 478 + 2-0
SA 219 + 260

New South Wales wins by ten wickets
