The USA and Denmark rinks both stay strong in the hunt for a playoff spot, but the Danes had the easier time of it defeating Norway with ease as they start to slip away in the tournament. The Amercians however needed an extra end to see off another good showing from Korea who somehow remain winless.
At the top of the standings wins for Sweden and Switzerland keep the pressure on China, but the Swiss needed to comeback from 5-4 after eight ends to fend of Russia, while Sweden always looked in control against Germany.
