About M.E. myself and I

Eastbourne, East Sussex, United Kingdom
I have been an M.E. sufferer for a long time now, but sports replay gaming is an easy hobby for me to enjoy. Originally from Canvey Island, Essex, I was introduced to replay gaming a few years ago, leading to my first purchase: Cricket World. Most sports I share will be common, but there are some more obscure replays thrown in. Thank you for visiting and I hope you enjoy your stay. Feel free to say hello! - Chris

As with the women's tournament I moved from Tee Live Curling over to Shot Rock for the final games.

Norway had a dream start as a combination of inspired shots, Torger Nergård with the best of the bunch, and pedestrian play from the Scots had the Scandinavians out to a 5-0 lead after only one end. The match would then progress into a battle of wits between each rinks third and fourth. Norway's third again made a key shot to increase his sides lead to 6-0 before Tom Brewster Jr pulled his team together and halved the deficit.

Norway blanked the fourth end and took a single point before the halftime break, Nergård again the architect. The refreshments and team-talk was just what Scotland needed, and they set about taking the game to their opponents. An exchange of singles had Norway in front 8-4 with three ends to play. Up steps Michael Goodfellow, the lead of this Scottish team, to get things going on the right track, culminating in an 8-6 scoreline.

The final two ends was all about Brewster and his impressive draw shot into the middle of the house to tie the game on the steal, and then knock out a wayward Norwegian shot to claim a fantastic victory and move on into the Gold medal game.
